Team Administrator Full Time Permanent NEW

• Position: Team Administrator
• Salary: £26,000 per annum plus very good all round company benefits, including private health insurance and a good pension scheme after successful completion of the probationary period. Free lunches are provided on office based days. 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays. The company also operate a bonus scheme of up to 10% which is set against achievable company targets
• Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 0900-1700. The role is mostly home based. Office based days can fluctuate but will be around 2 days per week. My client is seeking someone who lives close to Haywards Heath so the office can be reached with ease. Part Time hours could also be considered.
• Role based in Haywards Heath with parking available for staff on site and nearby. The office is a short walk from the station area.

My client is seeking an organised and proactive administrator, who is looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become the operational backbone of a successful and expanding business, supporting colleagues across the organisation and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The role is most suited to someone with some administrative experience or an ambitious early-career professional with exceptional organisational skills.

As Team Administrator, you’ll provide vital support across the organisation, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and colleagues across multiple departments, managing a broad range of administrative, operational and team support activities.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised and helping others succeed.

Duties will include:

• Diary management and meeting co-ordination
• Travel and accommodation bookings
• Preparing meeting materials and documentation
• Expense processing and reporting
• Supporting administration across all departments
• Co-ordinating office days and team activities
• Managing shared inboxes and telephone enquiries
• Assisting with company events and social activities

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

Skills & Experience

• Previous administration, office support experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel – Powerpoint is desirable but not essential
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
